In astrology, Contra-Antiscia are zodiac positions related through a traditional system of reflection that complements antiscia. A contra-antiscion is the point directly opposite the antiscion of a given position, producing a mirrored relationship across the Aries–Libra equinoctial axis. Astrologers may examine contra-antiscia between planets, angles, or other chart factors as an additional structural connection within a natal chart. Like antiscia, the technique has roots in traditional astrology and is generally used as a supplementary interpretive method rather than as a primary chart factor.
